Following the Universal Breadcrumbs

When coaching new business owners, a common belief we hear from business owners is...because they are the CEO of their business, they need to know everything and know exactly how to get their six-figure income goal. This isn’t true...there is power that lies in trusting in each empowered next step.

This is why in the Soul Path Accelerator we invite our members to set goals within a 90-day timeframe.  It is especially useful right now when we don’t know what three months is going to look like. 

We can have an empowering vision for our future, but we can't actually attain that vision unless we can start taking the next right steps. 

Using this idea that you don't need to know everything, the power and fun lies in tuning into the breadcrumbs being presented to you now. 

What's showing up for you in your world, in your life, in terms of people and opportunities?

What are the low hanging fruits I can capitalize on? 

This becomes a way of SEEING the world through a. more expanded lens of perception. One of limitless possibilities and opportunities. But so often we don't even notice these opportunities because we have not spent the time getting laser clear on what we do, the needs we have a solutions for and who it is we serve. once we get clear on our value-aligned clients, they begin to show up everywhere because we are tuned in into noticing them and picking up the verbiage these use in conversation. It is as if the Universe starts to conspire in our favor and bring what we are looking for to our doorstep.

A fun practice I started to implement into my daily live when I found myself feeling unfulfilled in the past... was to pick up the daily practice of having a joy journal. It’s simple and very powerful because you’re following your joy, which tunes into your soul and sends little messages asking for more!

The joy journal keeps track of every single day, the moments in your day that brought you joy. They can be really simple moments - things like sleeping in, reading in bed, going for a walk in the sun, or having a conversation with a friend.  Whatever it is, track your moments of joy throughout the day and all the things that light you up.  

As you do this then you can start to look at the breadcrumbs and discover what your next right steps are being presented to you, that you could follow and from there create 90-day goals. Opportunities are all around us when we are tuned into them!

As an example, you may enjoy working with female entrepreneurs but you’re not doing anything to serve that market. An empowering question to ask yourself would be: What could I do in the next 90 days to get more plugged into following that breadcrumb? 

You could consider joining a group like The Forum, a great organization for female entrepreneurs, and following that breadcrumb to see if something else opens up there.  

When we follow these breadcrumbs, they open up opportunities for us rather than stopping, self-sabotaging or being in inaction because we don't know the whole path or the whole plan.
