It is my passion in life to share the transformational power of our breath with anyone looking  to make a positive shift in their life and step into their full creative power. I stepped away from a unhealthy life that was no longer serving me after experiencing a heart attack at age 28. This moment was the driving force that sent me on a search to find natural ways to heal the mind, body and spirit. I have found the greatest medicine for our mental, emotional and physical challenges all lie inside of us and readily available to us at all times. We just need to remember how to use them. This is what I am here to help with  🙂

Daily Dose Breathwork Meditation


This is a 20 minute guided SOMA breathwork track that incorporates brainwave music and rhythmical music to enhance the meditation experience. This is great to do first thing in the morning on an empty stomach when you wake up or before bed.
