Outlined below are the terms and conditions of Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC (“STS”). It is your responsibility to fully understand these terms as outlined on our website.

By placing any payment for or participating in any STS program—including private coaching, group coaching, online courses, and/or live events—you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

PAYMENT & BILLING

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
  • Payments must be made via credit/debit card or other approved digital payment method.
  • Payment plans are offered at STS’s discretion. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program and collection of outstanding balance.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All digital products, online courses, and coaching packages are non-refundable.
  • Retreat deposits are non-refundable and final payments are subject to the cancellation timelines outlined at the time of booking.
  • If you need to cancel private coaching, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance or the session will be forfeited.

COACHING SERVICES DISCLAIMER

  • Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for licensed mental health care.
  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after participation.
  • STS makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from coaching programs.

ONLINE COURSE ACCESS & USE

  • Course access is granted to the purchaser only and may not be shared.
  • Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of any course material is strictly prohibited.
  • Access to course content is provided for the time period stated at the time of purchase. Extensions are not guaranteed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content provided by STS, including videos, audios, worksheets, and written materials, is the property of STS and protected under copyright law.
  • You may not modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works, or exploit any of the content without express written permission.

MEDIA RELEASE

  • By participating in any STS program or event, you grant permission for STS to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional, marketing, or training purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • STS will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from your participation in our programs.
  • You agree to release STS from any claims arising from your participation.

WAIVER

  • By participating, you agree to assume all risk and release STS from any liability.
