This will be a 1-hour guided SOMA Breath Journey. The breath is one of the greatest tools we have when we learn how to harness it’s power. The method includes breathing in a deep, steady, rhythmical fashion which facilitates a state of coherence in the body. Combined with brainwave music, guided meditation and imagery, and breath-hold techniques, SOMA is a remarkable to access deep states of inner peace.
